The Japanese Garden at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens, Texas
I love this photo of a giant butterfly hovering over the lovely sweets and champagne in a Fortnum and Mason window display as well as the reflections of the building from across the street.
The minute I heard the title I knew I would see the movie: Midnight In Paris, a new film by Woody Allen. Then I learn Owen Wilson (love him) is the protaganist—and perfectly cast (he acts just like Woody Allen). Finally, having just read The Paris Wife and Ernest Hemingway’s A Moveable Feast, this was a great follow-up as the movie is in part set in the 1920’s with the writers and artists who were living in Paris at the time. The story line is one that many of us can relate to: feeling unsatisfied with your current life and wishing you were living in another time and place that you believe is much better. Already planning to watch it again. Great movie.
